Series of questions about behaviour and logical aptitude. Really tests your efficiency, The goal is to be as accurate as possible over as many questions as possible. In the end they give you a test summary describing your "personality" and your "working style", while there is no specific desired style and that makes it difficult to figure out whats the "correct" answer.

After having submitted the CV, this is reviewed. When I applied for my position they then asked me to answer some very general knowledge questions online recording a video. I did well and they called me for an interview on site. This was done in 3 parts: behavioural, technical and then there was a team challenge where I needed to work with the other people interviewed to solve a challenge.

Verbal interview, generic technical questions relating to gas turbine design focused on aerothermal aspects, followed by a few competency related questions. Explanation of the anatomy of a gas turbine from fluids perspective given a large detailed diagram of one.
