Applied Online through their application website, submitted my CV. Later received an email for completing online assessments. Online assessments consisted of logic problems and personality test. There was nothing technical. They were mostly multiple choice questions and you were able to get feedback at the end of your online assessments.

Question 1
At lunchbreak, a colleague of yours talked very negatively (with strong words) behind one of your manages. This kind of talks are heavily against our company values. What would you do in this situation?
A general test on choices you would take at work with colleagues and a logic test with codes. It takes around 45 minutes in total. The application will then be reviewed together with the results
Assessment centre 3 parts, competency interview, presentation and case study, lots of time to prepare, all very friendly and felt comfortable, found out outcome very soon after and had lots of phone call updates
Rigourous process requiring in depth technical knowledge as well as excellent communication skills. They evaluate you on a personal level and make sure that you will be a good fit for the company
