Simple online application with some questions. Followed by numerical and verbal online test. After this was invited to assessment centre in Derby.
At the assessment centre had to redo the numerical test, then presentation about myself which I had prepared in advance and competency interview. After this, group exercise where we had to build a tower using paper, cups etc costing our material. After lunch technical interview where they ask you a question about a jet engine and a question about the performance of materials (stress/strain).

Technical interview: temperature after the combustion chamber is found to be 50 degrees higher than usual, what might be the reason.
Competency interview: tell us of a time in which you had to make a decision quickly.
The interview was tough, will ask 3-4 different scenarios and react on the spot, the tough part is getting to impress the interviewer. Do your prep, stay calm and just do without expectation i guess.
