technical interview with senior engineers, quite intensive, but not beyond what you should know for the job. they didn't prepare you for the quirky Rolls Royce systems and ways of doing things, but technically it was spit on. The person that interviewed me left before i started so it was a bit odd, and i was dumped on someone who didn't really want me.
