There was a two-week gap between the initial screening call and the panel interview. The screening call was straightforward, covering key areas like salary expectations, availability, and experience. However, there seemed to be a lack of internal communication, as I received follow-up confirmations from multiple people regarding the same next steps. The panel interview format was structured with interviewers asking technical and behavioral questions first, followed by an opportunity to ask questions at the very end. This approach felt more like an interrogation than a two-way conversation, though the interviewers were professional and respectful throughout. Unfortunately, after the interview, there was no further communication, not even a basic "Thank you, but no" response.
