I applied online. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Derby, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Day long interview, split into three sections (presentation and competency interview, group team building exercise, assessment of knowledge) with each lasting around an hour. There was also a repeat of one of the online tests in paper form.
There was an opportunity for all the candidates to meet the assessors at the start of the day, which helped relax the process. There was also an 'off the record' Q&A with a graduate working there.
First two interviews were fairly standard. Assessment of knowledge did not require much knowledge of management or engineering, more to see 'how you think' with regards to PM. Interviews weren't too hard but the long assesment day is fairly exhausting.
Interviewers and HR were all very friendly and understanding. Feedback was given over the phone after was helpful and constructive.
