The hiring process took about two months total. The recruiter initially reached out but was a no show at the scheduled phone screen. Recruiter responded but I had to follow up multiple times. Recruiter is generally unresponsive and required following up continously to get a response. The total email chain was about 40+ requiring multiple follow ups and huge effort on my side. I interviewed on site to what supposively is the final interview. About a month later no decision still stands. They mentioned I may need to do a video call with another member of their team but I was not able to schedule a call due to no response. In the end I decided to withdraw my candidacy as the recruiting process is a mess.
