Applied online and recruiter reached out to me. Initial conversations with recruiter and hiring manager went fine. After the on-site it went downhill. They went radio silent for 3 weeks before the recruiter surprised me with another round of interviews. Scheduling the second onsite was another two weeks of him missing scheduled meetings, not responding to emails. This was hands down the worst recruiting team I’ve dealt with.
