My interview process was a bit different than most. I had originally interviewed for one position but was not the right fit. However, I was granted the opportunity to be considered for a different position in a different department. What really stuck with me the most throughout my interview process was that HR was really good about keeping me in the loop of things and updating me on a weekly basis (at minimum). I felt very engaged throughout the process whether I was the right fit or not.
