Interview
I spoke with the Director of Engineering, the Director of Data Scientist, and another Data Scientist.
The interview process was pretty standard.
You will definitely have an offer if you understand diagnostic testing.
They make it a high priority that you understand diagnostic testing, and how it affects the model.
There just aren't many companies doing this (including the big corps.) so you will definitely have to brush up on the basics.
Overall, I had a great experience and I learned a lot, which I can't say for many interviews

Interview
Initial interview was a phone conversation with the VP of R&D. We had a good chat about the company, the goals of the position, and how my experience might relate. I greatly appreciated the direct contact from the hiring manager. The conversation was enjoyable. In the end, I was not a good fit for the position and was not given an offer. I agree with their decision and appreciate their timeliness and interview process.
