I had 5 interviews and the best way to describe them is professional and empathetic. I never felt like anyone was lobbing gotcha questions or doing anything other than trying to figure out if I was a good fit for the position and company culture. Of course I prepared but I consider this an easy interview process because the interviewers made it relaxing enough to have a conversation versus feeling under the spotlight.
