The process starts with a recruiter explaining about company and the role followed by screening with hiring manager. Once selected, there are two rounds of technical interviews and one rounds of behavioral interview and one mixed interview with a technical lead. Interviews were not stressful, given enough time to ask questions and paid attention to conceptual knowledge. Technical interviews were based on understanding of the theoretical foundations and ability to write practical python functions. Interpretation of some technical results, The talk with team lead and others were focused on understanding of technical work, processes and situation based questions. Any professional should be able to answer them well. After the technical rounds, things are more like sign off by senior leadership and the interviews tend to be more conversational and gives an opportunity to open yourself and ask questions. Overall a good experience, interviewers were great in communication and were able to clarify any doubts. The coding challenge might need some preparation and understanding of basic data science libraries. Generous hints were provided when stuck to direct me in right direction.
