Excellent give and take between the company interviewing the candidate as well as the opportunity for the candidate to interview the company! Overall, a laid-back feel to each interview with questions that made it feel more like a conversation rather than a formal interview. There were a total of five interviews including an initial screening. It definitely feels a bit daunting to have so many conversations but at the same time it was nice to meet many different members of the team to get their input and feedback on the company. Everything came across as very transparent and organized - great communication from the recruiter throughout and were very easy to work with on scheduling.
