I applied online, I then received an email asking to set a date/time to video interview. I scheduled for later that same week. The interview went very well. I was informed about the company, its goals/objectives, and the culture. I really enjoyed the conversational context and I was then told about next steps. Unfortunately, I did not make it to the next round of interviews, maybe they already had someone else in mind though I did receive quite a nice rejection notice via email.
