I had an extremely disappointing experience interviewing for a position with Roofstock. The interview process was long and exhaustive, and after spending an entire day meeting with various team members, I was ultimately ghosted by the company. The interview process consisted of multiple rounds and involved numerous interviews with various team members. While some of the individuals I spoke with were professional and courteous, others were clearly disinterested and lacked any real enthusiasm about the company or the role. Despite investing significant time and effort into the interview process, I was ultimately ghosted by Roofstock. Not only is this behavior unprofessional, it is also incredibly disrespectful to candidates who have dedicated time and energy to the application and interview process. I would strongly advise against pursuing opportunities with Roofstock, as their lack of professionalism and disrespect for candidates is indicative of a larger culture problem within the organization.
