there were multiple interviews. my references said they also felt like they were being interviewed as opposed to serving as a reference. they took forever to generate an offer and then wanted an immediate response to the offer once sent.

3 Round interview leading to a verbal job offer and then once accepted a written offer was presented based on the verbal. The over all process was very simple and straight forward and it was a very good experience.
