Be prepared to take handwritten and computer tests that lasts more than 3 hours. Print reading, basic math, geometry, volume and area, drafting, estimating, use of scales, measurement readings, and use of AutoCad for 2D application is the standard. After you complete the exams then it's the interview with HR with standard questions about yourself, the position, and your thoughts about the tests etc. This is the 1st round of the interview process and if you do well then you get to round 2.
