I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ropes & Gray (Yrisarri, NM) in Aug 2013
Interview
The interview process was not difficult in my opinion. They were all fit interviews, however, some of the folks you interview with can be intense and ask some difficult situational questions. It was my first job after college so the interview process was new for me at that time in my life.
Fine, just 30 minute interview and then selected for panel interview. I enjoyed the phone screening, my interviewer was very nice and it was quick. He had reviewed my resume beforeehand which was helpful

The interview process was very Straight forward process. Following submitting the application, there was a Phone screening following by multi-round interview (3-4). After that there sometimes is a third round interview. Straight forward behavioral questions with each round focusing on different traits/types of questions.
