It was done through zoom and it was three different groups of people. The first one was an HR rep, talked for about 20 min. The second and third group were each 2 people currently in the position being applied for. Each group I spent talking with for about 20 minutes each.
Long, tedious. Five people one after the other via Google Meets. All asked the same questions. Had no break and asked for specific examples. There were a couple of paralegals, one of whom told me how much she hated her job
