Interview
One stage. Before the AC, they make you do an online psychometric test which the interviewers used to base your questions off. The AC consists of a panel partner interview, a written exercise, a presentation and a group negotiation task.
One 500 word written question -> full day assessment centre. There was nothing between to funnel candidates which I thought was weird. before assessment day you have to complete psychometric assessment games which they use to give you different interview questions.
assessment centre had an interview, email writing assessment, negotiation assessment and presentation assessment. Was fairly drawn out and a long slog. Everyone was pretty friendly though
