Very mild interview process. Non-difficult and very conversational. They seemed very interested in who you were. Long , in-depth phone interview followed by a in-person or Skype interview. Overall, those strong in natural conversational and interpersonal skills who can keep a conversation going while also demonstrating skills will do very well.
