Interview
Very easy, telephone based interview. Convenient scheduling and very personable and knowledgeable interviewer. Questions were very relative to the job and what I think the definition of customer service is.
The interview process has gone well so far. I got lost in the shuffle at first but they contacted me again and I was able to meet with/speak with a hiring manager of the company and was offered the position by the end of the call.
