Applied online called by a recruiter, interviewed with her and was set up to speak with Regional Manager. A week later I spoke with Regional Manager asked me to drive to a location 6 hours away where I met with someone who was already working with the company going up for the same position I was interviewing for....weird and disorganized. Feedback in between stages is slow if any...the whole process was disorganized. Long after I had forgotten about the interviews I was called from an entirely different region, I was not about to waste time and money again travelling on my own dime, so I politely decline. Seems to be an old boys club, they do not attract new new talent which is unfortunate because their softlines department has great potential with the right know how and fresh perspective. The region was going through changes at the Regional level, maybe they will get their act together for future candidates.
