They first had me take a bookkeeper assessment, which I found extremely odd. Then I had a phone interview, but I ended up being ghosted after I inquired about a hybrid work model. The position requires you to be onsite even though the hiring manager is located in another state. The pay offered was low and the role would have 3 direct reports in which 2 of the roles were vacant. No surprise there.
