Applied online, got a call back the next day for an interview. Went to first interview with Asst. store manager, overall easy questions, background of company and her role in store. Second interview with the actual store manager with assistance from the asst. store manager. Hired on the spot.

I showed up early for my interview and was hired less than twenty minutes later. The manager was very kind and straight forward. Would love to work with them again.
It was a small group of three people including me. We each gave a description of ourselves and then answered the same questions. The manager also asked about what we want to be in the future.

Interview was very quick and not really na interview more so an overview of the job and asking if you'll accept. No questions were asked other than my prior work history. They tell you so may good things to convince you to take the job during the interview and it turns out to be a complete disaster once you start working.
