Met Ross recruiters at an on-campus recruiting event. Hit it off with two of the employees there and was emailed to complete and interview on campus a few days later. Interviewer was very friendly and the interview was behavioral based questions. The conversation got pretty conversational, which was nice and took away some nerves.

Very casual. Had a smooth conversation which flowed very nicely. Asked simple questions to get to know more about me and my experience. Wasn't intimidating at all. Burt was very nice.

Lots of pre-work such as excel exam and personality tests. The girl I met with was perfectly pleasant but they definitely grill you so be prepared with examples of your work you've done.
