I applied online and was provided the choice of time for an appointment to be interviewed (3 days after application). On the day of my appointed time the store manager was unprepared even though they were having open interviews. I was asked 3 times why I wanted to work there. So be prepared this is obviously their #1 go to interview question.
Used a portal to get into their site that had many errors and then needed to spend over an hour on the site to take the 'tests'. At the end I didn't even get an email from them.
