I received a phone call about two weeks after submitting an application to schedule an interview with the assistant manager. During the interview, I was asked a couple of prepared questions about my work experience and whether I agreed to have a background check submitted. I was extended an offer at the end of the interview.

Basic interview, they aren't super competitive when selecting employees. Just seem eager to work in a team setting and try not to toot your own horn too much and they'll hire you.
