At first, super fun interview process. After the second in person interview, I could tell I did not get the job. However, they procceeded to have me complete a take home work assignment, and I think a courtesy debrief call. They reposted the role, and I waited 4 days to hear from the recruiter after following up multiple times. She finally called me, and instead of being straight forward "We are not going to be moving forward" she gave me a list of feedback about essentially what I was lacking. I had to explicitly ask "Am I not moving forward?" in order to know for sure. Be direct. Please don't waste candidates time if you know they are not a good fit
