The interview was conducted by four current employees at Ross Strategic and last about 90 minutes. There were a total of 8 questions, mostly of which were behavioral, and most had multiple questions within one question. There was also a prompt question where they presented a situation and gave you 5 minutes to prepare how you would handle it. The interview was much more formal and challenging than other companies I have interviewed for. I interviewed on a Friday and was told I would hear back by the end of the following week. I ended up not hearing back until more than two weeks later, at which point the selected candidate already had a bio on their website staff page. If they had enough time to create the bio for their selected candidate, I wish they had taken the time to notify the other candidates that they weren't chosen.
