Exceptional place to interview! Initial contact was a phone screen with a very well prepared recruiter, followed by one with the hiring manager. At the onsite everyone was also prepared and had good, thoughtful questions. The HR coordinator was very organized and paid attention to the smallest details. I was asked to do a presentation for a problem they provided in advance. The recruiter followed up promptly by Bay Area standards-even though I didn't get an offer. Rothy's seems like a great place to work, especially if you have retail and merchandising experience.
