There were 3 roles in total.
1st round was a 30-minute phone call with HR.
2nd round was a Teams Meeting with the Manager.
3rd round was an in-person meeting with the Manager and the Head of Commercial (joining in on Teams), and I was informed a couple of days before the interview to prepare a 30-minute presentation, which I thought was a bit odd.
Did not hear back for months after the interview process, hence I assumed that I did not get the role. I did send a couple of follow-ups, but was ghosted by HR. Quite disappointed about it, as I did not expect an organisation like Rotork to just ghost the candidates. I would be happy to hear a rejection or just an email saying that they need more time, but communications ceased after the final interview.
