Interview
The interview was easy, but it wasn't very professional. Being a student in high school, I really just wanted a job, but I was pretty much hired right away. They interviewed me in the restaurant and gave me a tour right after the interview.

They went over the position and asked me what my availability was?
Very comfortable and nothing to intense. Friendly approach and are very flexible if you are transparent. I was questioned by two employees and went pretty smoothly and professionally. They provided a good foundation as to what was expected of me
Obviously, experiences will vary from franchise to franchise, however, I walked in to ask for an application, and it just so happened I met with the franchise owner, who instead of handing me an application, immediately sat me down for an interview. The interview went well, but he refused to hire me since I was planning to leave within two years when asking about my long-term goals. I felt like it was unfair to assume that Round Table would be in my long-term goals, especially as a high school student in a suburban area.
Easy and simple, more like a conversation then and interview. They ask basic questions that are easy to answer. Just be honest and be yourself and you'll be fine. Keep the conversation rolling through out
