The first contact was from an e-mail expressing that they would like to have a phone interview. They called me and asked me a few basic questions about my major and why I chose that field of study. They also asked about my skills with Microsoft Office. The next step in the process was a face to face interview.

I applied online. A recruiter called me four days later for a phone interview. Three days later a face to face interview was scheduled with HR. I was interviewed by two people. Questions about my resume were asked.
