I applied online. I interviewed at Roux Associates (New York, NY) in Dec 2024
Interview
Had an hour long online interview that was mainly casual about the role in the NYC office. It went well and I was told they were looking to hire for a January start and would reach out in a few weeks. I followed up multiple times with no response. I applied to the job in October and was contacted for an interview in December, so I'm not sure if they just move slow with their open roles. Regardless, it's always disappointing when a company ghosts without warning.

Fairly easy and stress free interview. Asked about prior experiences and how they can translate to the job, undergraduate coursework, and made me elaborate on my applicable past job experiences.

Question 1
Do you have any past experiences or coursework that required you to do sampling as noted in the job description?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Roux Associates (Swedesboro, NJ) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very relaxed and casual. Asked questions about my experience and just talked about the position. No typical questions like "what are your strengths and weaknesses". Lady that would be my supervisor was very nice. A few other employees came in to chat with me. All we very nice. Just answered any questions I had and asked me about my experience. Overall good interview experience besides me being overly nervous, as usual.
