      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com (Spokane, WA) in Dec 2022

      Interview

They asked 3 behaviorally interview questions during the recruiter phone interview. Pretty basic and I’m surprised how a company like Rover.com used behavioral questions. That’s a very dated way to interview and it’s not diverse/inclusive. They should really expand their learning skill set of interviewing via recruiting as this can be improved on. And then there is a one hour video interview with hiring manager.

      Interview questions [3]

      Question 1

Tell me a time you dealt with a difficult person
      Answer question

      Question 2

Seriously she asked, can you tell me another time you dealt with a difficult person?
      Answer question

      Question 3

Can you tell me a time where you made a mistake? What happened and how did you learn from it?
      Answer question
