Had a call with the recruiter that went well. While the role wasn't a fit, I was really impressed that the recruiter told me I would hear back in a couple days and he actually gave me a call in a couple days to tell me it was not a fit. Even though it was not the news I wanted to hear, I really appreciated that he not only didn't ghost me like most recruiters, he personally called me to let me know about the decision. Very positive experience!
