Submitted CV through a school career fair and was called up for an interview a few days later. Interview was about personal experiences, skillsets and job expectations. Overall process from submitting CV to employment offer took 1 month.

Interview
Met on campus. Had one and only interview on site. Started off with a small presentation by RoviSys about the company, there were 5 other interviewee's present.
We were given a small tour of the building, and then we were put into our own rooms. Around 7 RoviSys employee's would come in one at a time and talk to us for about 20 minutes. They asked us questions from "What are your hobbies?" to "What do you know about PLC's?" and "Do you believe in Big Foot?"
Heard back like 4 weeks later (even though they say 2 weeks).

Interview
There was a series of interviewers both in the office and via a video connection with another office. The local office manager gave a company overview presentation then asked some questions then introduced an engineer in the office who asked more questions. Then there was a video conference with another office with a series of three interviewers.
