I applied online and received an email from an Mars Inc. recruiter roughly two weeks later to schedule a phone interview later that week. The phone interview consisted of me going through my resume followed by STAR formatted questions. The interview lasted about 45 min. I was contacted a week later to set up a three person panel interview at a local hotel scheduled for two weeks out. The interview also consisted of me walling through my resume followed by STAR formatted questions. All interviewers were extremely friendly helping to make the process less stressful! I received a call a week later with an offer contingent of me passing a drug and background check. The checks took an additional two weeks to come back in which my offer remained valid.
