Interview
I went to an open call. There were 3 people in the room and an accompanist. I sang my own song of choice. Then they asked me to sing one of the songs from their list that I had prepared. I was then supposed to go to the dance call, but the choreographer wasn't able to attend so they told me to expect an email with a link that would have choreography for me to learn, record, and then upload. Did all of that. Received a congratulatory email a little later saying I am in the talent pool and when there was a good fit, they would reach out with a contract. I auditioned in March (working another contract) with availability to start with Royal in October. I reached out in September towards the end of my contract to let Royal I was still interested in working with them and that I would soon be available. That same day, they offered me a contract starting the end of October.
