I applied online and was invited to a Zoom interview with HR, followed by two additional interviews with members of the team. The process then culminated in a detailed case study presentation to a panel of five people. Feedback was consistently positive throughout each stage. Unfortunately, after completing the final presentation, I never received any follow-up or closure despite multiple polite attempts to check in. This was disappointing, especially after dedicating considerable time and effort to a thorough case study. The process itself was well-organized, but the lack of communication afterward reflected poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates. Investing hours into unpaid work without even a courtesy update was disheartening and does not align with the standards I’d expect from a company of this size.
