Interview
Professional. Systematic. Just what you would expect from a global organization with multicultural staff. They know what they need and how to screen for it. It's important candidates know what they are getting into.

Question 1
What to do in a situation where there are mixed messages from different managers?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Jul 2025
Interview
The recruiting process was running smoothly at the beginning when the company was in a hurry, after a business case they asked me to produce they simply disappear, no feedback at all. I had to chase the Recruiter for 8 weeks until I received a rejection email. They don’t respect the time invested in a business case that is very challenging for someone working. I thought I liked the company but I cannot respect someone that cannot respect others. They offered me to “keep in contact” but I will never work for a company that has that attitude towards candidates. hopefully they will never call me again.
