As an internal candidate I interviewed directly with the Commodity Manager that would be my direct supervisor. The interview was relaxed and informative. It was like two friends having a conversation about what we have done, what we want to do, and how the two could work together. The questions revolved a lot around team work, flexibility, and attitude and aptitude. The interviewer allowed me to share a lot about my past experience, my skills and abilities, and my passion for the company and the role. I definitely felt comfortable sharing this information.
