      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group in May 2022

      Interview

Waste of 3 months of my time and 5 interviews. Left me hanging, both areas Marketing and HR. Very unprofessional. Imagine a company that lets you advance up to 5 interviews with senior decision-makers, just to GHOST you.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Generic. Why Celebrity Cruises? Example of influencing people over projects. One interviewer asked me something kind of silly, like if I had worked with a project management software VS the other. Honestly do not recommend, as if they do not know what they want. On top, they want to underpay you VS the average/market, be careful, they want you to go to the on-site office at least 4 days a week and also provide double-shift to speak with AUS/NZ market as well.
