The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Miami, FL) in Jan 2024
Interview
Did not enjoy the process and hoped to hear more about cruise ship offerings while listening about competitive advantage over azamara like what are they doing do they even know what they’re doing
The interview process was so-so. 5 interviews - 3 video interviews, 2 in person. I got an offer. I wish they reduced the number of interviews. It wasn't necessary especially when I was asked the same questions.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Manila, Manila) in Feb 2023
Interview
It was good, the HR was prompt and relaxed and kind. The process only took about 2 weeks before I got the offer. My first interview was directly to the manager then the VP and AVP.
