I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Caribbean Group (Springfield, OR) in Jul 2016
Interview
Springfield, OR call center: Large group interviews with several managers present. About 10 of us at a time seated side-by-side facing two management or HR leads. Questions were asked, answered by interviewees one at a time in order.
Those who passed took the strict 45/min typing test (PRACTICE) and tasks to find cruises or info on the rccl.com website quickly. (KNOW THEIR WEBSITE AND HOW TO FIND THINGS.) If passed, I was led to a small room with a phone. The phone rang to pretend I was an agent answering questions. Be happy, efficient, confident and enthusiastic, think on your feet and use any brochures and posters/flyers in the room to answer the questions and up-sell.

A huge part of what they are looking for is personality - so smile big, be polite, and be eager! They asked me to go over my resume, what I liked about RC, and what questions I had. Generally a very pleasant interview!
