bogus, nefarious, shady, flaky and highly unprofessional interview process. This was a bogus interview. They were practicing a screening that attempts to do what I would be suspect to be a face/race/age discrimination by getting into a one-way webex conference... The interviewer whose family I suppose runs this shady org seemed to have just a singular purpose - to do a visual screening of the job-seeker. Took a look and decided that he perhaps did not wish to continue the interview and seconds into the supposed call, broke off, begging off the call due to what surely seemed to be a contrived 'emergency,' making a farcical promise to call back... highly unprofessional. I was very clear that all they were doing was a race/face/age screen
