The interview process was good. I think having 3 steps was probably efficient enough for company hiring purposes while also not overly extensive. Going from the initial phone screening with Makenzie to the zoom interview with Rob and then the in person interview with Norris and Marty, which also included a tour of the building built value and sold me on the position while also helped RUM learn an adequate amount of information about me to make a hiring decision.
