Received an initial call from the recruiting manager to confirm my interest and setup an interview. My first interview was a 1 on 1 with my future team leader. It focused on my background, what I knew about the position, goals for the future (money-oriented goals encouraged in this company). At the end of the interview, I was told to expect a call later that day to setup a 2nd interview. I setup the interview for the following day. The 2nd interview included a job shadow with a senior load advisor and a 1 on 1 interview with the VP of Sales. The interview focused on my skills and how they related to completing the job. The interviews were on a Thursday/Friday and I received the offer that Monday.
