Brief interview with in house receuiter. Ultimately was not a good fit with my personal salary / role expectations but I was very quickly able to figure this out thanks to the the companies recruiter. I felt they were perfectly transparent about what to expect and we were able to go our separate ways without wasting time. Very friendly call and the recruiter knew exactly what they were looking for and a great grasp of their company. While it wasn't a good fit for me I walked away with the feeling that this company hires smart and hard working people.

Applied online, recruiter reached out within a few hours and scheduled a phone interview. Recruiter rescheduled interview the day of and never called on the rescheduled time. I spoke with a former employee and a current customer of Rubicon and both said it was a negative experience. Advice to Rubicon Global, Be respectful of people's time. Even if you're no longer interested in them as a candidate, tell them.
